The Balmoral management and its staff are strong advocates for preserving and utilizing as many natural resources as possible. In a conscious attempt to retain all of our natural plants, during the early planning stages of the development, an arborist was assigned to the site where she tagged and counted over 400 mature trees. Development and construction has been planned around all existing trees in an effort to not only protect its natural splendor but to also create a botanical ambiance and relaxing experience for all.
After a select cutting, trees that were removed from its original state were mulched, and reused in the plant beds within the development. This has substantially reduced any unnecessary landfill.
The development is not just dedicated to protecting its natural beauty, management has also implemented the use of biodegradable products within its clubhouse among members, management and staff. This ecological consciousness is spread across the compounds of the clubhouse and is evidenced from its sea grass carpeting to its non-foam usage policy.
In the near future the development anticipates the use of solar and wind energy as well as cardboard recycling. Please feel free to contact us to find out more about what we have planned at The Balmoral.
